This depends on implementation (in OS) and policies in use.
RFC3834 says:
   Rule 2:  Prefer appropriate scope.
   Rule 5:  Prefer outgoing interface.
Rule 2 is stronger than rule 5.
So yes, the global address is selected as source address.
But there may be other policies.
