[Olsr-dev] Strange debug message from olsrd

hmm, i recommend to start debugging with tcpdump,

first try to capture incoming olsr packets with identical seqnr,.. (to
verify that the olsrd duplicate-info messages are correct)
afterwards try to find out where they come from (dump outgoing traffic on
"affected" neighbours)
and so on,..

i don`t think olsrd is really producing duplicate packets, but who knows,..
