[Olsr-dev] OLSR 0.5.6-r3 timer delay

Hi
I'm running olsrd 0.5.6-r3 obtained via openWrt for the GateWorks 
Cambria board.

I've noticed that on startup of the network device there seems to be a 
5:00 minute delay before olsrd starts to transmit.
Restarting olsrd anytime after a system uptime of 5:00 minutes works 
correctly.
