I just pushed a first version of the parser into the development repository...

It's NOT tested, because I still need a way to get some test packages
and had not enough time to put them together by hand in a hexeditor...
but at least the code compiles...
It might be useful to read the PacketBB-RFC to understand the
structure of the code...
