[Olsr-dev] cfgparser not using olsr_malloc()

Hi!

I installed my first olsrd system an hour ago and now am looking at
the code.
olsr_malloc() is used throughout the project but the cfgparser doesn't 
use it.
It might make sense to keep it separate from the rest of the olsr source
but then it also includes olsr.h. olsr.h includes the olsr_malloc()
prototype.

Perhaps somebody with a better insight can have a look at this.
