[Olsr-dev] patch for scheduler

hej hej,

i had a new idea for the scheduler timing. why using difficult  
calculation of used time, if there is a much simpler way.
i just calculate the time difference to the supposed end of the  
iteration and sleep that time. the supposed end is incremented each  
iteration by the interval time.

apply the attached diff-file to src/scheduler.c
