[Olsr-dev] Exponential aging for ETX

I just pushed an exponential aging implementation for ETX calculation into a 
public mercurial repository at
    http://gredler.at/hg/olsrd-henning/
    changeset 1455	8e3fd4afc46b "Exponential aging for ETX calculation"

It works in smallscale VM simulations, but it needs testing in real live 
networks. The aging factor is set to 1/lq_wsize at the moment.

The repository also contains my cleanup patches from yesterday, without the 
small problem in the second patch.
