[Olsr-dev] Another patch for cleanup in hello processing

A little bit more cleanup and streamlining in hello processing. It works in my 
VM enviroment, but should get more testing before it can be applied to the 
main tree.

The patch can be applied to the head of the developement repository 
(changeset:   1453:9a623d791e69).
