[Olsr-dev] double address detection plugin?

hi everybody!

i've been told that someone already wrote a plugin for double address 
detection / ip-autoconfig (supposedly based on ansn-seqnos - ?) for an 
older version of olsrd that only needs porting to the newest release and 
that this was announced on olsr-dev.
however i couldn't find anything about it in the list archives. do any 
of you know anything about it?
