[Olsr-dev] OLSR metric refactoring

We just discovered a bug in the olsr etx_ff metric which was introduced by the 
refactoring I made a week ago (like I said, I only tested etx_fpm at this 
point). After some tests, we think that the etx_ff metric should be fine 
now...

(the bug was only in the development tip, not the stable branch)
