[Olsr-dev] olsrd-linkset-refactoring tree only for linux

I just pushed a number of changes into my olsrd-linkset-refactoring tree that 
will break windows and bsd support. If you want to test my tree with 
windows/bds, use revision 1538
 ( http://gredler.at/hg/olsrd-linkset-refactoring/rev/241b8aaaf7b8 )
or wait until the windows/bsd code path is working again.
