[olsr-dev] OpenBSD Wireless Interface Detection (with patch)

Bernd and all,

Noticed there wasn't any wireless interface detection under OpenBSD...
The FreeBSD ifdef calls an ioctl that is unavailable... I think the
ioctl in my patch is a bit more portable (Though I only applied it to
the OpenBSD flavor)

I've been delving into the internals a little deeper in order to do
some pretty funky things in the long run....

Seems to work OK best I can tell.
