[olsr-dev] ERTX link quality metric patch for testing

ERTX = Expected retransmission count


We've been discussing it lately on the list. It is like ETX but it is 
really hop-count free. Best links have 0.0 metric and worst have 
infinity. I haven't tested it yet but will do soon on a small network of 
12-30 nodes.

If anyone tries it, please keep in mind that it is HIGHLY EXPERIMENTAL. 
Also extra caution should be used not to mix ETX and ERTX nodes 
otherwise routing loops will CERTAINLY occur.
