[olsr-dev] dropping OLSRd-pakets / VPN

For bandwidth reasons it would be nice not
to have too much OLSR traffic over vpn-"cable"
connection (small upstream!). See (german only):

We have around 100 Gigabytes OLSR-traffic per month.

It would be nice to have an OLSR-config-option like:

dontdropevery_n_paket  = 10

which defaults to "1".
Would'nt that be easy to implement? In Addition it
would be nice to have LQ-values higher than one to
make connection better than olsr thinks....
