No, it's not. OLSR adds a single route to each node in the mesh. If a
node X has more than one interface, OLSR figures out the route to the
best to reach interface of X and uses this route for all of X's IP
addresses. This is what happens in your case. Both IP addresses of C are
routed via 20.1.1.2, i.e. via node B.
