[Olsr-users] TC messages

Hello,

I am using olsrd 0.6.6.1 in ubuntu.

When I run olsr, I can see even when a node is not in an MPR-set list of
other nodes, broadcast TC message periodically containing TC message with
only its information.
Do I need to configure olsrd to avoid these messages?


Also, based on the RFC, HELLO messages are supposed to generate every
2seconds and this time is every 5 seconds for generating TC packets. but
When I check the captured packets, for example, HELLo messages are
generating at 0, 2, 4 and then at 5 a TC message, containing Hello message,
is generated and the next Hello message is at 7.

I am not sure if it is correct. Could you help me?
