[Olsr-users] dlep_radio_static IPv4 only

Hi,

there are (similar to olsr interfaces) two "bindto" parameters for
dlep, which controls a ipv4/ipv6 black/whitelist of prefixes... DLEP
should only bind its port to anything that matches this parameter.

look for "discovery_bindto" and "session_bindto".
