Not sure my DLEP implementation will work well over loopback... multicast
over loopback (DLEP needs multicast for discovery) is sometimes tricky.
Maybe you could use two Linux network namespaces or two virtual machines
and then just use the connecting interface as the dlep_radio datapath.
