There is only ONE reason why an "optional" plugin would not be
included into the executable... it cannot be compiled because of
missing build dependencies.

So you say you have a liboonf_nl80211_listener.so.0.11.1 file in your
build directory, but its not included into the olsrd2_static
executable?
