Its an open source network emulator with graphical UI based on Linux
namespaces... it also has optional support for better linklayer
emulation.

Yes, Olsrd2 can run together with shncpd... you just need to use the
"lan_import" plugin to automatically import the routes with the right
protocol id (42 with shncpd, 73 with hnetd).
