This looks like some of your links are really bad. 30-40% link quality
means that that 2 of 3 multicasts get lost. Which result in an ETX of
~10... that is not a stable link.

(to use txtinfo you need to copy the shared library
olsrd_txtinfo.so.0.1 to your target system)
