[Olsr-users] olsr not pinging in 2 hops

I used tcpdump command to trace the packet  and i found this

192.168.1.45.698 > 192.168.1.255.698: [udp sum ok] OLSRv4, seq 0x2be6,
length 40
Hello-LQ Message (0xc9), originator 192.168.1.45, ttl 1, hop 0
  vtime 20.000s, msg-seq 0x0e97, length 36
  hello-time 2.000s, MPR willingness 3
    link-type Symmetric, neighbor-type Symmetric, len 20
      neighbor 192.168.1.95, link-quality 38.82%, neighbor-link-quality
34.90%
      neighbor 192.168.1.25, link-quality 89.41%, neighbor-link-quality
100.00%

But still r1 device with ip 192.168.1.95 could not ping 192.168.2.25 at
2hops .
