That is quite normal.

All TC messages are flooded through the network, so you hear yourself
when your neighbor re-transmit your TC in its own packets.

I am more curious how all this neighbors became non-symmetric, e.g.:

> Received TC from NON SYM neighbor 5.101.254.224
