[Olsr-users] regex for win32 nameserver plug-in

The olsrd build doesnt build nameserver if the system is win32.

I also note that there is a similar problem with some Android for which you
have incorporated a fix special local fix.

MinGW has this as an "extra":

How about working this in to the build similar to Android?
