[Olsr-users] C:\olsrd-ipv4.lock

hi,
im running olsrd-0.6.0 in MinGw i have this error : "Error, cannot create OLSR lock 'C:\olsrd-ipv4.lock'". but i am already having the administrators right. any idea what is the problem?
