I assume "metric" means LQ metric in this context, right?

If so, then I don't quite understand why you mix "multi-topology" with "different metrics".
IMHO these two topics are mostly independent of each other.
If one wants to use different metrics in different topologies one would need to either send hello messages for each topology or include a multiple metrics into the messages. Is this what you meant?

And I thought that I would need to change the HNA-messages as well, because not every
HNA prefix should be visible from every topology.

I'm unsure about the MID messages. I think each address in a MID message should belong to one or more topologies.
