I am sorry but your questions are not clear.

I guess you want to know how to use AVAHI, when the end user is one of
the routers speaking olsrd itself.

In this case (READ ARCHIVES OF MAILING LISTS) we discussed to
configure the loopback interface of the router as the NonOlsrIf of the
mDNS plugin. The plugin works as expected but the avahi daemon does
not support the loopback interface.
A possible proposed patch was to include dbus support into the mDNS
plugin to talk with the operating system without relying on the
network connection on the loopback interface.
