[Olsr-users] mesh network research at German universities?

Hello all,
I am trying to find a graduate CS program in which I can participate in 
research into networking issues, particularly those related to 
radio-datacomm and mesh-wifi and similar topics. It seems as though work 
in this area is more active in Germany than in the US. Can anyone 
recommend universities with such programs, in English or German speaking 
countries?
