openwrt would do it aswell,.. (no compilation needed,..)

furthermore i somewhat think your problems are not about compiling in the
first place,
but wifi and olsrd configuration.

but to verify this a bit,..

if u run:
olsrd -v
on you android in console what happens?

nothing or does it print a version string?

if above gave u version information:
run: olsrd -d 9

what happens then?

What the diff? is there similarity between linux & android?

yes android is an linux aswell *GG

but it is "simpler" to run olsrd in a linux like ubuntu or even better
openwrt, ..
(e.g. in ubuntu it is far easier to install required things to succesfully
compile olsrd, and so on)

or to put it this way, there are far less things in this linux distros that
can go wrong,..
(and more people or online howtos can help u)

and after u feel comfortable to (compile,) configure olsrd and wireless and
to run olsrd on a "big" linux system,..
chances are high that u manage with android, or at least have some clue what
went wrong,..
