[Olsr-users] MAC filtering for windows

Hello I'm running olsrd on three Windows machines and got the following
scenario:

Node A: A->B,A->C
Node B: B->A,B->C
Node C: C->A,C->B

    A
  /   \
 /     \
C ----- B

I want to use MAC filtering to change the topology of the network: suppress
the link between node A and C. However the tools I know (IPtables with MAC
module and mackill) just work in linux. Do you know a similar tool for
windows?
