OLSRd is splitted into an os-independent core and some os-specific routing 
code.

If you look into /src/win32 you will find the windows implementation.

You need to implement most functions described in src/net_os.h and 
src/kernel_routes.h. The functions in kernel_tunnel.h are optional (at the 
moment only linux supports gateway tunnels), that's why win32 contains the 
"dummy.c" file. dummy.c contains the "optional" functions of the os-dependent 
parts.

If you want to implement OLSRd for Windows CE we would be happy to support 
you, so that we can integrate the code into the OLSRd repository.
