it should detect new ip and broadcast adress, and work well with this,. #0
you can tune this (the speed of detection) with NicChgsPollInt,..

#0 but the originator-ip of your node will not change, even if there is no
configured interface with this ip any more!
So if you plan to reuse the "old ips" somewhere else in your mesh, take this
into account,..
