don't waste your time. It makes no sense to add a scheduler to an
interface if you can't estimate the available bandwidth on the uplink
of that interface.

because your available bandwidth is unknow (wireless interface), and
probably variable, you can't set up an efficient scheduler to
prioritize OLSR packets... unless you want to understimate your
channel capacity ...
