sure u can (in facts it does not even require olsrd)

hna announce 0.0.0.0 (the internet) on the one with attached "wired  
internet", and make sure u have a static route pointing to your gateway on  
this wire (usually dhcp does this for you)

furthermore configure only the wireless interface on both laptops as olsr  
device

furthermore in most cases u need to do enable internet connection sharing  
 from the wired interace to the wireless one on the laptop with attached  
internet ("intenet connection sharing" is in fact adding an dhcp server (u  
do not really need on the wireless interface, and setting up an masquerade  
nat rule that rewrites the wireless network ip adresses to the one the  
laptop has on its wired interface))

this will also set the wireless interface ip to 192.168.1.1/24

and to be honest, u wouldn`t even need to run olsr to get the second  
laptop into the internet now
(only make sure to give it same ssid & co settings and an ip like  
192.168.1.2)

olsrd is only a real benefit if u add more laptops to this setup, where  
some will not be able to communicate driectly with the one having attached  
wired internet
