[Olsr-users] problem in olsrd-quagga plugin

hi, i'm getting the error 
Loading Library olsrd-quagga.so.0.2.2 
OLSR EXIT :(Quagga) AIIIII, could not connect to zebra! is zebra running.

can anyone guide how to solve the problem.? In the Quagga OSPF daemon i'm able to see the redistribute olsr command.
