the results are what i already expected, only pushing up the max value
doesn't effect the boxes very much. i can't say exactly how btw. if. but
in fact one box where i changed the value to the 50x of normal does have
following mem specs:
Mem: 10168K used, 4088K free, 0K shrd, 1128K buff, 3028K cached

and one without:
Mem: 9472K used, 4784K free, 0K shrd, 1152K buff, 3024K cached

but where the first one is a much busier node then the second and
therefore the 0.5mb more don't have to say anything.

my resume: only changing the value doesn't effect the boxes, but if there
get more and more open connections it could get a problem. because the
table gets bigger and bigger. in fact the best practice if you don't need
nat or something that relies on ip_conntrack simply pull it out.
