[OLSR-users] Where to find "C:\WINDOWS\olsrd.conf" ?

I finished compiling olsrd.exe but cannot run it due to without 
"C:\WINDOWS\olsrd.conf".
I used cgwin to compile by running "make OS=win32". I guess I've missed 
something
since nobody asks this naive question here. Btw, in Linux it works fine.
