Hi Stefan,

Thanks for reporting the problem. The CVS version shouldn't make a
difference in this respect. This looks like a new bug to me. The idea is
that olsrd, while it is running, enables routing via Windows's IP helper
API. So there shouldn't be any need to modify the registry. But
apparently, there's something wrong with the code.

I am unfortunately travelling at the moment, but I'll look into this when
I am back in Berlin later this week.
