Anyway, since I am coming into a already setup system, and the person
who set it up is not available, it was a matter of finding the machines 
where
olsrd was running, and what their config is/was/should-be.

Also, when I enabled the verbose debug mode, I was seening a few strange 
errors:

Building HELLO on interface 1
ADDR: 192.168.0.231  -  Wrong interface for 10.10.0.231 ...

However, once I got all the nodes in my adhoc wifi setup 'up', the 
system that I found
which seemed to be the 'copper' gateway, did have in its route tables 
all the working
nodes, their 10.10.0.xxx addresses and routing through my wifi-to-copper 
gateway
machine.

The funkfeuer config may help in getting the 'route to internet' 
correctly set, as I think
the original config I found is not setting things correctly there.
