[OLSR-users] PB httpinfo default port

Due to the fact that 8080 seems to be a popular TCP port it was suggested
to change the default port. I changed it to 1978, but unfortunately I have
forgot to update the README.
So, if nothing is defined in the configuration file httpinfo will default
to 1978. Sorry for the inconvenience.
