[OLSR-users] Advertising subnets via OLSR

Can I configure OLSR to sent HELLOs over say wireless interface wlan0 but
not over a wired interface such as eth0 ? If so I want the subnet at eth0
to be advertised throughout the OLSR routing domain via wlan0 ... is this
possible ?
 
What If configure OLSR to use an interface which is not configured with an IP
address or is in down state but later acquires an IP address or moves to up
state ?
