[Olsr-dev] Maintainership

Vetting. That may be difficult. The systemli.org folks are present on
the Berlin Freifunk list since ~2014. They are used to PGP (at least
they are able to revoke keys, so thats technically "used to"). But they
stay anon, which is by design I think. Nick, Vincent, Lars and Jonny
Tischbein may be different people, none of them where offensive on the
list AFAICR. Maybe it's best to check with other Berlin people for
references first...
