sorry, it is: 0.9.0.1.tgz and 0.9.0.3.tgz - i tried both (same behaviour),
it seems there are no patches involved:
https://github.com/openwrt-routing/packages/blob/master/olsrd/Makefile

question keeps: why is the SHA-hash unknown?

and: maybe it's an musl-issue because of libpthread 8-)
but thats just guessed...
