[Olsr-dev] Creating an Olsrd2 Debian package

Hello everyone,

in the last few days I worked out a script to automatically generate a
Debian package for the olsrd2 routing agent, which should make it
easier to test on Debian based machines.

The process is really simple and I documented it on the wiki. Have fun!
