[Olsr-dev] OONF v0.8.3 released (dlep, olsrd2, ...)

Hi,

I just sent a pull request for the openwrt-routing repository...

currently v0.8.3 (and most likely all versions before it) does not
compile with musl as the base library because of an include file
problem I have yet to track down. I plan to resolve this with the next
version.
