please also add to the Makefile

PKG_VERSION:=0.8.2

and in section "define Package/oonf-olsrd2-git"
VERSION:=$(PKG_VERSION)

otherwise the buildsystem is complaining all the time with:
Makefile:64: *** Package/oonf-olsrd2-git is missing the VERSION field.  Stop.
