[Olsr-dev] change .so to .dylib on Mac OS X

Shared libraries on Mac OS X should have the .dylib extension rather
than .so

Sometimes this is as easy as renaming the library files, but you all
will probably know better than me.

Relevant files (0.9.0.2):
