what also look weirds: the measurement of ethernet-speed, e.g.:

Link: status=symmetric localif=eth0.1 vtime=38.26 heard=18.26 symmetric=18.16
      Metric 'ff_dat_metric' (0): in=510  bit/s (4210432), out=3.011 Mbit/s (680)

is there a way to "enforce" a speed for links we know of? (e.g. 100 mbit)
(openwrt/netifd/hotplug has a builtin-feature for that)
