[Olsr-dev] Olsrd2/OONF-API v0.5.0 tagged

Hi,

after a lot of bugfixing and more work on missing features I have
tagged v0.5.0 for both OONF-API and OLSRd2.

The most important thing is that I found a bug in the routing metric,
so EVERYONE interested in Olsrd2 should upgrade.

Thanks to the experiments with Basti from Weimar the OpenWRT startup
script has also received a major update, Olsrd2 can now directly read
UCI configuration and is able to reload config and add/remove
interfaces (through hotplug signals) without restarting.

There are also two new plugins called "nhdpinfo" and "olsrv2info" that
can output the internal databases of Olsrd2 in text or JSON format.

The MPR plugin is unfortunately still unstable.

As always you will find a full list of changes in the commit log in
the repository.
