[Olsr-dev] OLSRd v1 - sometimes not starting interfaces

on OpenWrt i can see from time to time,
that OLSRd does not send out or receive
packets on port 698 on ETHERNET.

With 'tcpdump' i can see that everything is
right (so there is incoming traffic from another
node, but it does not show up in neigh-list.

For me, this is a relative new prob,
here the output of 3 x 'olsrd --version'

the first 2 is from faulty nodes. the 3rd from the "working" side.
is this a known prob, maybe fixed already?
